Accomodation
Block reservation at preference rates is arranged by the Organizers in the Castle Hotel and and guest houses located in the castle park (Hunter’s Pavilion, Swiss Pavilion, Coachhouse). The Organizers do not mediate in hotel reservations, so each participant should book accommodation on their own. Please use an online reservation form for this purpose and state in Additional Informations that you are related with the IPM 2017 Conference.
Until the end of April 2017 the following rates per night are valid:
| Single room with breakfast | 100 PLN (~25 EUR) |
| Double room with breakfast | 180 PLN (~45 EUR) |
For bookings made in May 2017 regular rates available at the hotel website will apply.
In case you would like to arrive earlier or stay a little bit longer we can recommend you some hotels in Rzeszow or Przemysl.
Transport
For your convenience, the Organizers can arrange transportation from the Rzeszow-Jasionka Airport to the conference venue in Krasiczyn. The journey usually takes no more than 1.5 h (100 km). Depending on your needs, we plan one or two trips a day.
Those traveling by public transport we can offer a pick up from the train station in Przemysl. The ride usually takes about 20 minutes (11 km).
Regardless of the way you travel, details of your arrival and departure can be given in the Comments box at the end of the registration form. You can send it also by e-mail, but no later than 14th May 2017.
