Important Dates
On 25th November 2016 the Organizing Committee and the Conference Chairmen have decided to modify a publication policy and thus the dates provided below reflect these changes (in particular, it gives more time for papers submission).

Conference Fees
Early and late registration fees are:

| Accompanying persons | 150 € | 175 € |
The registration fees will cover: a book of abstracts, participation in all scientific sessions, lunches and coffee breaks, a half day trip and a conference dinner.
Please use details available in the Contact page in order to make a bank transfer. Only registered participants without papers are allowed to pay by cash on arrival.
Conference Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received prior to 28th February 2017 will be refunded less a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations received between 28th February 2013 and 31st April 2017 will be refunded 50% of their pre-paid conference fee. Cancellations received after 31st April 2017 will not be eligible for any refunds.
