To register for the conference you should fill in the application form. After approval of your application by the system administrator (this may take one working day) you will receive a confirmation letter with a unique identifier. This identifier allows you to submit up to two short papers for a single fee.

Be careful when typing the e-mail since you will not be able to change it after registration. Electronic messages are the only way of sending the conference announcements.

Registration and paper submission are handled by a conference management system (syskonf.pl). In case of any difficulties, please contact the Organizers.

Authors are invited to submit electronically two-page abstracts (short papers) of their contributions within a specified period. Abstracts should outline the main features, results and conclusions as well as significance and relevant references.

Before submitting the contribution you should be registered. The short paper should be written following the format of Latex or Word templates and according to the guidelines (available in Downloads). The file must be converted to Portable Document Format (PDF) before submission. The authors are obliged to send abstracts as a single PDF file and the associated source files (DOC or ZIP, in case of LaTeX) to be included in the Book of Abstracts.

After completion of the reviewing process the corresponding author will be informed by mail that the abstract is accepted or rejected. Please note that only accepted and paid for papers will be included in the conference materials and programme.

A number of presented papers will be selected by the members of the Scientific Advisory Board and Chairmen of the Conference Sessions for publishing in special issues of selected international scientific journals:

• Computer Assisted Mechanics and Engineering Sciences (CAMES)

• Inverse Problems in Science and Engineering (IPSE)
